Q. What is this offer?

A. A tree planted in the Palmer’s Forest in Cameroon for every valid claim. Maximum of 20,000 trees planted. 


Q. What is the promotional period

A. Purchases made between 31st August 2023 and 31st October 2023, you can register your claim up to 30th November 2023 


Q. How do I qualify for this offer?

A. Purchase a Palmer’s product, fill out the registration form on www.palmers-forest.com and upload your proof of purchase. 


Q. What are the qualifying products?

A. All Palmer’s products are included aside those that sit in the Travel / Trial, Lip care and Soap range. For full list of excluded products please see here.


Q. When must my claim be submitted by?

A. You must register your claim by 30th November 2023, any claims after this date will be rejected. 


Q. How will I know when the trees are planted? 

A. All 20,000 trees will be planted at the end of the year - the trees are kept in nurseries until they reach a suitable stage for planting, which aligns with the local planting season. 


Q. What species of trees are planted? 

A. There are a variety of trees that will be planted that offset different amounts of CO2, this year we will be planting the following species: 


Leucaena leucocephala

Moringa oleifera

Lysiloma latisiliquum

Senegalia catechu

Senna siamea

Croton megalocarpus

Ricinodendron heudelotii



Q. I’ve registered but I haven’t heard back. What do I do?

A. If you’ve completed the registration form then we will email you back within 3 working days. If you’ve been successfully validated, then you’ll receive an email with a link to the Palmer’s Forest. Remember to check your junk email too.
